Dikjarazzjoni dwar valutazzjoni tar-riskju kkoordinata mill-UE taċ-ċibersigurtà tan-netwerks #5G

| Ottubru 10, 2019

Huawei welcomes the EU-co-ordinated 5G network security risk-assessment that was released on 9 October. This exercise is an important step towards developing a common approach to cybersecurity and delivering safe networks for the 5G era.

We are pleased to note that the EU delivered on its commitment to take an evidence-based approach, thoroughly analyzing risks rather than targeting specific countries or actors.

Aħna kumpanija privata 100% li hija għal kollox proprjetà tal-impjegati tagħha, u ċ-ċibersigurtà hija prijorità ewlenija: is-sistema tagħna ta 'assigurazzjoni taċ-ċibersigurtà end-to-end tkopri l-oqsma kollha tal-proċess, u r-rekord sod tagħna jipprova li jaħdem.

It-tifrix b'suċċess u f'waqtu tan-netwerks 5G fl-Ewropa jiddependi fuq l-użu ta 'għarfien espert u teknoloġija avvanzata minn madwar id-dinja. Il-kollaborazzjoni qawwija u kontinwa tagħna mas-sħab Ewropej tagħna hija opportunità unika għall-Ewropa biex iżżomm it-tmexxija teknoloġika tagħha.

As the EU moves from identifying risks towards elaborating the common security framework required to manage and mitigate these risks, we hope this work will continue to be guided by the same facts-based approach. We stand ready to work with European partners to help develop this framework and deliver safe and fast connectivity for Europe’s future needs.

On Wednesday 16 October, Abraham Liu, Chief Representative of Huawei to the European Union Institutions, will participate in a major debate in the European Parliament.
